1. Introduction
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Flirtmatch by Vybe Labs (“Flirtmatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) and your participation in any in‑person social events, meetups, or related experiences we organize in the United States (collectively, “Events”).
By requesting an invitation, purchasing a ticket, or attending any Flirtmatch Event, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site or attend our Events.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old to attend any Flirtmatch Event.
By requesting an invitation or attending an Event, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and truthful.
We may decline, revoke, or limit invitations or attendance at our discretion, including for safety, capacity, or community‑fit reasons.

3. Nature of Our Service

Flirtmatch curates and hosts in‑person events and experiences for adults.
We are not a dating app and do not guarantee matches, dates, relationships, or any particular outcome from attending Events.
We may change, postpone, or cancel Events when necessary (for example, due to venue issues, safety concerns, or low attendance).

4. Invitations, Tickets & Cancellations

Some Events are invitation‑only; others may be open to approved guests.
Unless otherwise stated, tickets, deposits, and fees are non‑refundable, except where we cancel or significantly change an Event.
If we cancel an Event, we may offer a refund or credit at our discretion.
You are responsible for your own transportation, accommodations, and any additional costs (such as food and drinks) unless explicitly stated otherwise.

5. Code of Conduct at Events
By attending a Flirtmatch Event, you agree to:

Treat all attendees, staff, and venue partners with respect and courtesy.
Follow all venue rules and local laws.
Respect personal boundaries and consent at all times.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or aggressive behavior.
Follow any reasonable instructions from Flirtmatch hosts or staff. We may remove you from an Event and/or restrict future invitations if we believe your behavior violates this Code of Conduct or creates discomfort or risk for others.

6. Assumption of Risk & Personal Responsibility

You understand that attending in‑person Events involves inherent risks, including social interaction, travel, and being in public venues.
You attend Events at your own risk and are responsible for your own safety, belongings, and decisions.
Flirtmatch does not conduct formal background checks on attendees and cannot guarantee the conduct of any individual.
You are solely responsible for any interactions, communications, or relationships that arise before, during, or after Events.

7. Third‑Party Venues & Services

Our Events may take place at third‑party venues or involve third‑party services (such as bars, restaurants, transportation, or entertainment).
Those venues and services are governed by their own terms, policies, and rules.
Flirtmatch is not responsible for the acts or omissions of third‑party venues or service providers.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Flirtmatch by Vybe Labs, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, or claim arising from or related to your attendance at an Event, except where caused directly by our gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
We are not responsible for any decisions you make, or any outcomes of interactions with other attendees, before, during, or after Events.
In any case where liability cannot be excluded, our total liability will be limited to the amount you paid (if any) for the Event giving rise to the claim.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of the above may not apply to you.

9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Flirtmatch by Vybe Labs, its owners, employees, contractors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to:

Your violation of these Terms, or
Your conduct at or in connection with any Event.

10. Intellectual Property

The Flirtmatch name, branding, website content, event concepts, and materials are owned or licensed by Flirtmatch by Vybe Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written permission.

11. Changes to Events and Services

We may modify, reschedule, or cancel Events when necessary. We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected attendees.
We may also update or change aspects of our services, website, or event formats at any time.

12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. The updated Terms will apply to future use of our services and attendance at Events once posted on our site.

13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and, where applicable, the laws of the state in which the Event takes place, without regard to conflict of law principles.
