Community Guidelines

Effective date: May 30, 2026.

Flirtmatch by Vybe Labs is a community for adults (21+) who want to meet in person at curated Events across the United States. These Community Guidelines apply at all Events and in any communication with our team or members.

Be Respectful

Treat everyone with respect, kindness, and courtesy.
Consent is required for any physical contact or romantic/sexual advance.
“No,” “not interested,” or similar responses must be respected immediately and without argument.

Zero Tolerance for Hate & Harassment

Flirtmatchdoes not tolerate hate speech, bullying, or harassment. This includes stalking, making threats, or intentionally making others feel unsafe or unwelcome. We are here to build connections, not tear them down.

Behavior at Events

Be punctual and follow event instructions from Flirtmatch hosts.
Keep conversations friendly and inclusive; avoid aggressive, overly explicit, or demeaning behavior.
Alcohol consumption should be moderate and never used as an excuse for poor behavior.
Harassment, discrimination, hate speech, or intimidation are not tolerated.

No Discrimination

Diversity strengthens our community. Discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or age is strictly prohibited on the Site and at events.

No Nudity or Explicit Content

While dating involves attraction, Flirtmatch is not a platform for explicit sexual content. Nudity, pornography, or graphically suggestive materials are not allowed and will be removed. This also applies to any and all events sponsored by Flirtmatch.

Illegal Activity

Any activities that violate local, state, or federal laws are prohibited. This includes solicitation, human trafficking, or the promotion of illegal substances or services.

Protect Your Privacy

Be careful with your personal information. Never share your password, banking details, or home address in public spaces. Similarly, respect the privacy of others by not sharing their personal info without consent.

Respect the privacy of other attendees. Do not share their personal details, photos, or stories without their permission.
Do not record or photograph others without their consent and in accordance with venue rules.

Safe Interactions

When messaging or engaging in other in person meetings, take your time to get to know someone before moving away from the event site. If meeting in person outside the event, always choose a public location, inform a friend of your plans, and maintain control of your transportation.

Do not pressure anyone for contact details, dates, or anything else.
Respect personal space and boundaries at all times.
If you feel uncomfortable or unsafe, speak to a Flirtmatch host or staff member right away.

Reporting & Blocking

If you encounter someone who makes you uncomfortable or breaks our rules, contact us immediately. Use the 'contact support' button to notify our moderation team so we can take action. If you experience or witness behavior that violates these Guidelines, tell a host or staff member at the Event, or contact us after the Event at your designated support email. We take reports seriously and will review them and take appropriate action.

Enforcement of Rules

Breaking these guidelines may result in warnings, removal of content, temporary account suspension, or a permanent ban from the Site. We may, at our discretion, issue warnings, remove attendees from an Event, or restrict or ban future invitations if we believe someone has violated these Guidelines or created discomfort or risk for others.
